Changed your mind?

If you buy from Luxe Numbers as a consumer online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us within that period by WhatsApp or email. You then have 14 days to return the SIM to us.

​

Please take care of the number

​

You may inspect the SIM and take reasonable steps to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

​

However, please do not make unnecessary calls, send texts, register the number with services or accounts, publish or advertise the number, transfer it to another network, or otherwise use it beyond what is reasonably necessary to check it.

​

A memorable mobile number can derive much of its value from being unused. If handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary reduces the value of the SIM or number, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect that reduction in value, as permitted by consumer law.

Faulty or incorrect orders

​

If your SIM or number is faulty, not as described, or we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returning your SIM

​

Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the return details. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

​

Where a cancellation is valid, we will refund the sums due in accordance with your legal rights. This includes the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
